Leaving To Have A Baby (Tall Card)

This is a really nice and quite large (tall) card (41 cms by 17 cms) with silver embossed writing and a tab to pull. This changes the picture on the card from a girl/lady being pregnant to her then 'holding the baby'.
The writing near the bottom of the card then changes to "Well Done".
As its length is over 35 cms it is classed as a packet by the Royal Mail.
